General Conduct: - No Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited with a $450 fine for violations. - Respect for Neighbors: Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbances. - Parking: Use the street in front of the house or the driveway, not in front of neighbors' houses. 2. Smoking and Pets: - Smoking: Only allowed outside. A $1000 fine for indoor smoking. - Pets: Allowed with a $50 fee per pet. 3. Security and Safety: - Property Security: Ensure all doors are locked when leaving. 4. Check-Out and Additional Charges: - Standard Check-Out: 11 AM. Unauthorized Late check-out incurs a $100 fee. - Extended Delay: $100 charge if past 1 PM, with immediate vacating required. - Unbooked Stays: $500 per night for staying beyond booked dates. 5. Property Care: - Towels & Linens: Must remain at the property. $20 charge per missing item. - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM; $250 fine for exceeding 66db. - Stains: $500 fine for stains on beds or couches. - Grill Cleaning: Responsibility of the guests. 6. Additional Policies: - Pest Control: No refunds for pest issues; doors must be kept closed. - Miscellaneous Fees: $50 administrative fee for missing items. - Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Fees: $40 for early check-in (1 PM); $60 for late checkout (12 PM). - Propane: Not provided for the grill. - Thermostat is controlled by us.
